- Your Week Ahead Forecast: March 10th to the 16th
🌊 Welcome to Your Cosmic Weather Report for the Week Ahead This week isn’t just another turning point, it’s the beginning of a new way of growing, learning, and evolving . We are standing at the edge of the waterfall , caught between the familiar and the unknown. The past is dissolving, but the future is still forming. And in this space of transition, we have a choice. For so long, growth has come through struggle. Through hardship, through challenge, through suffering. That has been the way. And yes, contrast is necessary, we must experience what we don’t want in order to see what we do . But what if Neptune moving into Aries, alongside Pluto’s shift into Aquarius and Uranus preparing to move into Gemini, is offering us a new way? 💡 What if we don’t have to suffer as much to grow? 💡 What if we can evolve through awareness, through presence, through choosing to see? The cosmic landscape is shifting, and the game is changing. Life is still a journey of snakes and ladders, but what if the snakes are not venomous anymore? What if they don’t send us spiralling into doom, but simply show us where we need to course-correct? 🌀 This is the power of consciousness. 🌀 This is the invitation of the week ahead. A New Saturn Cycle Begins On Wednesday Saturn enters the heart of The Sun. This isn’t just a conjunction—it’s the rebirth of Saturn’s story . When Saturn meets The Sun, He is purified, reset, and given a new mission . Saturn is starting to wrap up His time in Pisces (since March 2023), and preparing to dip into Aries in May . This conjunction is like the moment before a major shift, the calm before a new responsibility, a new commitment, a new challenge to master. 💡 What are you ready to take responsibility for? 💡 What structures in your life are dissolving, and what needs to be rebuilt? 💡 Where are you stepping into new authority, discipline, or mastery? This is a crucial turning point because Saturn in Pisces has been teaching us about surrender, boundaries, and spiritual discipline . But Saturn in Aries will be something entirely different, a time of action, self-leadership, and stepping into the fire. In Pisces Saturn isn’t just floating down the river without direction , He is the banks of the river, the structure that allows the water to flow where it needs to go. Saturn in Pisces (March 2023–May 2025 and September–mid February 2026) is teaching us how to surrender to the unknown and work with life rather than against it. Saturn in Aries (from May 2025 to August 2025 and February 2026 onwards ) will demand action —no more waiting, no more passivity. We step up and take ownership. Right now, we are in the in-between. We aren’t fully in the old cycle anymore, but we haven’t quite stepped into the new one either. This is a moment to get clear on what we are committing to. A Word at the Crossroads: Venus & Mercury Meet in Aries Also on Wednesday , Mercury (God of communication, logic, and thought) and Venus (Goddess of love, connection, and desire) meet briefly in Aries —a fast, fiery exchange before Venus continues back towards Pisces . This is an interesting conversation because Mercury is also about to standstill then turn and make Their way back to Pisces (Mercury Retrograde begins on Friday 14th ). It’s as if they meet at the threshold of a door, exchanging a single word before walking in opposite directions . A whisper, a message, a realisation. Something important could come through here. 💡 What is your heart trying to tell your mind? 💡 What truth do you need to acknowledge before moving forward? 💡 What desire is surfacing that needs your attention? This moment is brief but significant . They are working together, not in conflict. Mercury brings logic and reason , but Venus reminds us that we can’t think our way through matters of the heart—we have to feel them. And then— almost immediately—Mercury stops. Stands still. Turns around. This tells us: Whatever comes up in this moment is not final. It will need revisiting, rethinking, reworking. Perhaps they are reminding us that mind and heart are not meant to be at war . We are not meant to choose one over the other. 💬 Where do your mind and heart need to work together, not against each other? 💬 What decision is forming that requires both logic and intuition? Pay attention to thoughts, conversations, inner nudges around this time. A message is being delivered. Even if it’s not clear yet, it will make sense in time. 🌕 The Eclipse: A Sacred Clearing The Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on March 13/14 is not here to remonstrate, but to clarify. Virgo is about precision, discernment, refinement. It helps us see what’s working and what isn’t—what needs to be released, restructured, or realigned. But we have a choice in how we experience this. 🌿 You can fight to hold onto what isn’t working and make the process harder than it needs to be. 🌿 Or you can trust the movement, let go where you need to, and allow life to show you the next step. Virgo, at its highest, is self-mastery. Not through suffering, but through awareness. Through noticing the patterns and working with them, instead of resisting them. This is what the Universe is offering us now: a way to learn without needing to break ourselves in the process. 🌀 Mercury Retrograde Begins: A Shift in Perspective Also on Friday, Mercury stations retrograde in Aries. This marks the beginning of a three-week journey of rethinking, revisiting, and revising. We are not moving forward just yet. Instead, we are being called to pause, reflect, and reconsider. 🌀 What is Mercury rethinking? Aries is a sign of action, instinct, and initiation —but Mercury is stopping mid-stride. Something we thought was clear, something we were rushing toward, now requires deeper thought. This retrograde is asking: 💡 Are you acting on impulse, or are you aligned with your true desires? 💡 Have you spoken too soon, or is there something left unsaid? 💡 What needs adjusting before you take the next step? This is not the time to force clarity. The insights will come —but only if we stop, listen, and allow Mercury to show us what we really need to know. ✨ Trust the process. Trust the pause. The answers will come. ✨ 🌊 The Waterfall Moment: Trusting the Flow A waterfall doesn’t resist. It doesn’t hesitate. It lets go completely , trusting the momentum. It is both powerful and surrendered at the same time. We are being asked to do the same. 🔹 Not to abandon responsibility, but to see where we are gripping onto things out of fear. 🔹 Not to throw ourselves into chaos, but to recognize that the flow is already happening—and to move with it rather than against it. 💧 What if the Universe isn’t testing you, but guiding you? 💧 What if every challenge this week is just a clue, pointing you toward what needs your attention? 💧 What if you approached life like a game—one where awareness and presence allow you to level up faster, with more ease and joy? Because the truth is: the snakes were never here to destroy you. They were just showing you where to adjust your path. And this time, they don’t have to pull you under. You can see them for what they are, learn the lesson, and keep climbing. ✨ The Message of the Week: Choose How You Grow Growth will always be part of the journey. But how you grow—that is up to you. 🌿 Will you grip onto what is trying to leave, or will you trust that better things are coming? 🌿 Will you resist the lessons, or will you work with them, allowing them to refine and empower you? 🌿 Will you fall into fear, or will you choose to play the game, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity to move forward? This week, the choice is yours. Surrender. Realign. Trust the unfolding. Because your soul already knows the way. Wishing you a week of clarity, courage, and flow. ✨ A note on AI & my writing: I use ChatGPT as a writing assistant—not as a writer. - Venus in Aries: Love on the Battlefield
Venus has just strutted back into Aries, and she’s not exactly in her element. In traditional astrology, this is known as Venus being in detriment , which sounds dramatic (and maybe it is a little), but all it really means is that Venus isn’t able to do Venus-y things in her usual way. Her natural style is all about harmony, connection, and pleasure; Aries, on the other hand, is ruled by Mars and prefers a more direct, action-packed, ‘every man for himself’ approach. Venus likes to seduce; Aries likes to conquer. You can see the issue. Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones Why Is Venus Uncomfortable Here? In classical astrology, the elements tell us a lot about planetary comfort zones. Venus is naturally moist; she wants to connect, bring people together, merge. Aries is dry and hot; independent, impatient, and not particularly fussed about compromise. Put Venus here, and you get a planet that wants to smooth things over, express love, and attract, but is being filtered through a sign that is more about taking action, chasing desires, and doing things now . This can make Venusian matters - love, relationships, beauty, pleasure - feel more impulsive, passionate, and at times, a little reckless. There’s an urgency to connection, a ‘me first’ approach to love. Romantic grand gestures? Yes. Patiently waiting for the right moment? Not so much. This isn’t the gentle, indulgent love of Venus in Taurus or the balanced harmony of Venus in Libra. This is love as a full-throttle pursuit, passion as a spark that catches fire quickly but may not always last. What Might We See? Love at first sight vibes – Attraction can be sudden, intense, and direct. If you’re single, you might feel the urge to go after what (or who) you want without hesitation. Impatience in relationships – If things aren’t moving fast enough, frustration can bubble up. Aries isn’t known for its subtlety, so expect bluntness and a desire for action over words. A focus on independence – Relationships might feel like they have more fire, but also more need for personal space and autonomy. This can be good if you’re looking to assert your needs, but challenging if there’s a mismatch in expectations. Impulsive spending – Venus also rules money, and Aries isn’t exactly the thriftiest sign. Retail therapy might be more about want it, buy it rather than do I really need this? If you'd like to learn more about how Venus relates to money, and how much we have (or don't have) have read this. How to Work With Venus in Aries Rather than fighting against this energy, the trick is to channel it in a way that works for you. Take inspired action in love – If there’s someone you’ve been eyeing, make a move. Venus in Aries isn’t about waiting to be pursued; it’s about going after what you desire. Embrace passionate self-love – This is a brilliant time to focus on confidence, independence, and doing things that make you feel strong and alive. Be mindful of impatience – Quick attraction is exciting, but take a breath before diving headfirst into something that might not have staying power. Use the fire creatively – Channel this energy into bold style choices, expressive art, or anything that brings you joy right now . Venus in Aries reminds us that love isn’t always soft and dreamy; sometimes, it’s a flame that burns hot and fast. And while this energy isn’t built for the long haul, it is here to ignite passion, confidence, and the courage to go after what (or who) we want. Just don’t forget to come up for air every now and then. Want a ritual to call in Venus so you can start working with her more decisively? Find one here. Venus in Aries in the Natal Chart When Venus is in Aries in a natal chart, relationships tend to be marked by passion, intensity, and a desire for excitement. Love is a pursuit, something to be chased and won. This placement often indicates someone who falls fast and hard, but also needs independence in their relationships. There’s a natural charisma here, a boldness in expressing affection, and a preference for directness over subtlety. People with this placement tend to be fiercely loyal, but also impulsive when it comes to matters of the heart. They thrive on spontaneity, grand gestures, and the thrill of the chase. But Venus isn’t just about love - She also represents our values, self-worth, pleasure, and money. With Venus in Aries, personal values often revolve around independence, courage, and self-assertion. People with this placement may prioritise their own desires and goals above social harmony. They tend to find pleasure in competition, taking risks, and initiating new experiences. Financially, Venus in Aries can indicate a bold and sometimes impulsive approach to money, spending on what excites them in the moment, rather than long-term financial security. Stephen Sondheim and Venus in Aries My kids are both into musical theatre and when this came up as an example of Venus in Aries on my software search, I had to include it: Legendary composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim was born with Venus in Aries. Known for revolutionising musical theatre, Sondheim’s Venus in Aries showed up in his passionate and ground-breaking approach to storytelling. Aries energy is pioneering, and Sondheim was nothing if not a trailblazer. His musicals often explored themes of obsession, love, and ambition with a rawness that broke from traditional romantic tropes. Sweeney Todd , for example, is a perfect Venus in Aries story - love and revenge intertwined, passion and brutality colliding. The intensity, the daring nature of his work, and his ability to push boundaries in musical theatre all speak to this placement. His melodies and lyrics carried an urgency, an emotional depth that made his characters feel alive and visceral, much like Aries energy itself. - Uranus: God of Change
Uranus: God of Awakening If Neptune dissolves the veil, Uranus tears it down. The God of Awakening doesn’t knock. He storms in uninvited, throws open the shutters and lets the cold night air rush in. He doesn’t wait for your readiness. He doesn’t care for comfort. He is not here to soothe. He is here to stir the soul, spark the system, and crack the shell that has grown too tight around your becoming. Uranus is the cosmic disruptor—the flash of lightning in the dark. He speaks in breakthroughs, sudden insights, shattering realisations. In a world that wants to stay asleep, He is the rebel cry. The alarm bell. The electric pulse of truth running through your spine when you realise you’ve been living someone else’s story. Where Saturn builds structure, Uranus breaks it open. Where Neptune dreams, Uranus awakens. Where Pluto transforms, Uranus liberates. He is the sky God, Ouranos—eternal, infinite, unpredictable. He is the force that refuses to be caged, the archetype of radical freedom. Not freedom as a surface privilege, but the deeper kind—the freedom of being truly, unmistakably yourself . No matter who it offends. No matter what it costs. But His medicine doesn’t always feel like a gift. Sometimes it comes as chaos. As rupture. As the loss of what you thought would always be. Uranus doesn’t ask for permission. He arrives to accelerate your soul’s evolution, whether you think you’re ready or not. Because somewhere in your chart, somewhere in your life, there is a part of you that is ready. A part that has been waiting for something to shake you awake. And when He moves—by transit, by progression, or by presence in your birth chart—He asks one thing: Be brave enough to change. Not for the sake of change itself, but because what’s waiting on the other side is truer. Lighter. More aligned. Uranus doesn’t promise peace. He promises truth. And if you’re willing to ride the storm, He’ll take you somewhere new—somewhere your soul remembers, even if your mind cannot yet imagine it. Uranus through the Signs Each sign colours the way Uranus breaks you open. It shows how you seek freedom, where you rebel, what you're here to do differently. Aries – You awaken through courage. When things fall apart suddenly, when everything shifts overnight, when a door slams shut without warning—pause. Breathe. Ask: what part of me was trying to grow, but couldn’t in that old shape? This is not a punishment. This is the sound of your soul being set free. Uranus doesn’t promise comfort, but He does promise something better: The chance to be who you really are. Ready to Meet Your Inner Rebel? If you're feeling the stirrings of change…If the old ways no longer fit and you’re aching for something more true…If life feels like it’s cracking open and you don’t yet know what’s on the other side… It might be Uranus, calling you home to yourself. - Pluto: God of Transformation
Pluto Astronomy Pluto is a dwarf planet located in the outer regions of our solar system. Discovered in 1930 by astronomer Clyde Tombaugh, Pluto was initially considered the ninth planet in our solar system. However, in 2006, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) reclassified Pluto as a dwarf planet due to its small size and unique orbit. Pluto is part of the Kuiper Belt, a region beyond Neptune containing numerous small, icy bodies. Characteristics of Pluto include its five moons, with Charon being the largest and closest. Pluto's surface is primarily composed of nitrogen ice, and its atmosphere consists of nitrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide. It has a highly elliptical and tilted orbit, and it takes approximately 248 Earth years to complete one orbit around the Sun. Pluto was named by an 11-year-old girl named Venetia Burney. In 1930, astronomers were actively searching for a ninth planet beyond Neptune based on irregularities in Neptune's orbit. Venetia Burney, residing in Oxford, England, was the great-niece of the former librarian to Oxford University's Bodleian Library. On March 14, 1930, just weeks after the discovery of Pluto was announced, Venetia's grandfather read about the new planet in the newspaper. Venetia, having an interest in mythology, suggested the name "Pluto" after the Roman god of the underworld. She thought the name was fitting as Pluto was a dark and distant world, much like the underworld itself. Her grandfather, Falconer Madan, was acquainted with Herbert Hall Turner, a professor of astronomy at Oxford. Turner then forwarded the suggestion to the Lowell Observatory in Arizona, where the discovery of Pluto had taken place. The name was officially adopted, and on May 1, 1930, it was announced that the newly discovered planet would be called Pluto. The name Pluto not only references the God of the underworld but also carries a connection to Percival Lowell, the founder of the Lowell Observatory, where Clyde Tombaugh made the discovery. The initial letters of Pluto also serve as a nod to Percival Lowell. Pluto in myth In Roman mythology, Pluto is the God of the underworld and the ruler of the dead. His Greek counterpart is Hades. Pluto is one of the three brothers who divided the realms of the world after defeating the Titans. The three brothers are Jupiter (Zeus in Greek mythology), Neptune (Poseidon in Greek mythology), and Pluto (Hades in Greek mythology). Ruler of the Underworld: Pluto presides over the realm of the dead, known as the Underworld or Hades. This realm is where the souls of the deceased go after death. Abduction of Persephone: One of the most well-known myths associated with Pluto involves the abduction of Persephone, the daughter of the goddess Demeter: Persephone, the daughter of Demeter, was a beautiful goddess associated with spring and the harvest. One day, while she was picking flowers in a meadow, Hades, the god of the underworld, seized her and took her to his realm without her consent. Demeter, the distraught mother and goddess of agriculture, was grief-stricken by the sudden disappearance of her daughter. In her sorrow, she neglected her duties, causing a harsh winter and a period of famine on Earth. The gods intervened, urging Hades to release Persephone. However, before she left the underworld, Hades tricked her into eating pomegranate seeds, which bound her to the underworld for a portion of the year. When Persephone returned to her mother, Demeter's joy brought back the warmth of spring and the fertility of the land. However, she had to spend a part of each year in the underworld due to the pomegranate seeds she had consumed. This myth is often used to explain the changing seasons, with Persephone's time in the underworld representing winter and her return symbolising the arrival of spring. Guardian of the Wealth of the Earth: Pluto is also associated with the wealth found within the Earth, including precious metals and gems. This connection emphasises his role as a God of the Underworld, where these riches are hidden beneath the surface. Cerberus and the Underworld: Pluto is often depicted with a three-headed dog named Cerberus, the guardian of the Underworld's entrance. Cerberus prevents the living from entering and the dead from leaving, reinforcing the boundaries between the world of the living and the realm of the dead. Tripartite Division with Jupiter and Neptune: After the defeat of the Titans, Jupiter, Neptune, and Pluto drew lots to determine their realms. Jupiter became the ruler of the sky and heavens, Neptune of the sea, and Pluto of the Underworld. This division symbolised the cosmic order established by the triumvirate of the gods. Worship and Festivals: Pluto did not have as many public festivals or elaborate worship rituals as some other gods in the Roman pantheon. However, he was honoured during the annual Roman festival of the Feralia, which commemorated the passing of the dead. Additionally, the Compitalia festival included offerings to Pluto as a guardian of crossroads. The mythological figure of Pluto embodies the concept of the afterlife and the mysteries surrounding death. While often associated with darkness and the unseen, Pluto played a crucial role in the balance of power among the Gods and the interconnectedness of life and death in Roman mythology. From Cosmos and Psyche by Richard Tarnas Observations of potential correlations with Pluto by astrologers in the subsequent decades suggested that the qualities associated with the new planet in fact bore a striking relevance to the mythic character of Pluto, the Greek Hades, and also to the figure Dionysus, with whom Hades-Pluto was closely associated by the Greeks. Closely analogous to Freud's concept of the primordial id, "the broiling cauldron of instincts", and to Darwin's understanding of an ever-evolving nature and biological struggle for existence, the archetype associated with the planet Pluto is also linked to Nietzsche's Dionysian principle and the will to power and to Schopenhauer's blind striving universal will, all these embodying the powerful forces of nature and emerging from nature's chthonic depths, within and without, the intense, fiery elemental underworld. Beyond these ancient Greco-Roman figures and cognate modern European concepts, the archetype Pluto also encompasses a number of major deities outside the Western context, such as the Hindu deity Shiva, god of destruction and creation, Kali and Shakti, goddesses of erotic power and elemental transformation, destruction and regeneration, death and rebirth. To summarise the consensus of contemporary astrologers: Pluto is associated with the principle of elemental power, depth and intensity; with that which compels, empowers, and intensifies whatever it touches, sometimes to overwhelming and catastrophic extremes; with the primordial instincts, libidinal and aggressive, destructive and regenerative, volcanic and cathartic, eliminative, transformative, ever-evolving; with the biological processes of birth, sex and death, the cycle of death and rebirth; with upheaval, breakdown, decay, and fertilisation; violent purgatorial discharge of pent-up energies, purifying fire; situations of life-and-death extremes, power struggles, all that is titanic, potent, and massive. Pluto represents the underworld and underground in all senses: elemental, geological, instinctual, political, social, sexual, urban, criminal, mythological, demonic. It is the dark, mysterious, taboo, and often terrifying reality that lurks beneath the surface of things, beneath the ego, societal conventions, and the veneer of civilisation, beneath the surface of the Earth, that is periodically unleashed with destructive and transformative force. Pluto impels, burns, consumes, transfigures, resurrects. Richard Tarnas explores Pluto within the broader context of archetypal astrology. Tarnas presents a comprehensive examination of historical cycles and their correlation with planetary alignments, including Pluto. The book proposes that planetary movements can be reflected in cultural, political, and psychological patterns. Here is a summary of how Pluto is discussed in "Cosmos and Psyche": Archetypal Astrology: Tarnas introduces the concept of archetypal astrology, which suggests that planetary movements are connected to archetypal patterns in human experience. Pluto, as an archetype, symbolises themes of transformation, death, rebirth, and profound change. Pluto's Cultural Impact: Tarnas examines historical periods marked by significant Pluto transits, such as the rise and fall of civilisations, transformative political movements, and cultural revolutions. Pluto's influence is seen as a catalyst for deep and lasting change in the collective psyche. Depth Psychology and Pluto: The book delves into the parallels between Pluto's symbolism and the principles of depth psychology, particularly the work of Carl Jung. There's an exploration of the transformative power of the unconscious, shadow integration, and the individuation process. Pluto's Transits and Cultural Shifts: Tarnas discusses specific historical events and cultural shifts during periods of significant Pluto transits. These events often involve intense societal upheavals, revolutions, and the emergence of new paradigms. Pluto and the Collective Unconscious: Drawing on Jungian psychology, Tarnas explores how Pluto's movements might activate elements of the collective unconscious, bringing to the surface repressed or hidden aspects of the human psyche. This process can be both challenging and transformative. The Evolutionary Impulse: Pluto is seen as representing the evolutionary impulse, driving humanity towards growth and transformation. Tarnas suggests that understanding and working with Pluto's archetypal energy can offer insights into navigating times of crisis and profound change. From The Archetypal Universe by Renn Butler Renn Butler, in his tome ' The Archetypal Universe ' , contrasts The Sun, which in astrology represents the light, with Pluto, which corresponds to the dark or the shadow elements in the unconscious. Pluto relates to processes of breakdown, destruction and creation and impulses towards regeneration and transformation. Pluto represents death and rebirth. Tarnas recognised that the dynamic stage of birth labour, with the propulsion doe=wn the birth canal and the arousal of intense driving energies, is an important manifestation of the Pluto archetype in human life. Pluto represents our struggle to confront and transform the shadow side of our psyches, which for many people involves working through leftover physical and emotional traumas - such as the events of childhood or the life threatening experience of birth with its deep imprint of human vulnerability and mortality. To the individual ego, Pluto's effects can feel ruthless and brutal. However, like the overwhelming contracting forces of the mother's delivering body, they are a necessary part of a profoundly liberating process. It is important that we face and allow Pluto's powerful energies to be expressed from our systems in supportive healing sessions, rather than acting them out harmfully in the social world. Conclusion - Pluto overview On an individual level, Pluto in astrology represents a profound force that delves into the depths of the psyche, urging transformative experiences and intense self-discovery. It embodies the archetypal principles of the underworld, symbolising the individual's confrontation with the shadow aspects of their personality. Pluto compels individuals to undergo cycles of death and rebirth, fostering a process of regeneration and personal evolution. It is associated with the primordial instincts, both libidinal and aggressive, and serves as a catalyst for cathartic and transformative change. In the individual's life, Pluto signifies upheaval, breakdown, and decay, but also the potential for fertilisation, regeneration, and the emergence of a more empowered and authentic self. On a collective level, Pluto's influence is evident in historical and cultural shifts, marking periods of intense societal upheaval, revolutions, and transformative change. It embodies elemental power, depth, and intensity, influencing political, social, and psychological landscapes. Pluto represents the darker, hidden aspects of collective consciousness, challenging established norms and bringing forth the need for profound societal restructuring. The archetype of Pluto encompasses themes of destruction and creation, birth and death, and the cyclical nature of human civilisation. As societies grapple with power struggles, collective transformations, and the purging of pent-up energies, Pluto serves as a potent symbol for the mysterious and sometimes terrifying forces that shape the collective destiny. Pluto's movements through the signs: Pluto in Sagittarius (1746-1772): Pluto entered Sagittarius in the mid-18th century, marking a period associated with expansion, exploration, and the Enlightenment. This era saw intellectual and philosophical shifts, with an emphasis on knowledge, optimism, and a quest for understanding. Liberation and Empowerment as a consequence of the Pluto Process Liberation We usually think of Pluto in terms of something to fear. Pluto brings death. Pluto forces brutal change. Pluto reveals the dark. But what we may forget, is that this destruction, this cataclysmic force, is all, ultimately, for the good . Whilst things are in the dark they cannot be seen. And when things are not seen they control us whether we want them to, or not. “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate .” ― C.G. Jung Pluto shows us where our shadow lies and works to bring that shadow to light. Pluto brings us up close to our fears. Pluto reveals the secrets. But until we face those fears, until we uncover those secrets, can we ever be free? Empowerment Pluto serves as a compelling force, steering us through profound change and regeneration. The empowerment journey is neither passive nor tranquil; instead, it is a dynamic, oftentimes brutal and ultimately an intensely transformative process. To become empowered entails tapping into primal instincts, facing fears, and navigating the profound depths of one's psyche. Empowerment is an ongoing and iterative expedition. It is a continuous evolution, a process of shedding old patterns and embracing new, more authentic facets of the self. Empowerment is not a singular achievement but a perpetual metamorphosis. Confronting life-and-death extremes and engaging in power struggles forces us to tap into our inner wells and engage the wisdom within. The purifying fire unleashed by Pluto's violent purgatorial discharge of pent-up energies clears the path towards a more empowered existence. We are forced to delve into the darker, taboo aspects of the self and confront the realities that lurk beneath societal conventions and the veneer of civilisation. We must shed the false and embrace the authentic. As empowered individuals we are adept at making conscious choices, navigating uncertainties, and cultivating a profound sense of purpose. This fosters a life that is not only fulfilling but also profoundly meaningful, a life grounded in the enduring strength and autonomy. The Good And that's the gift of Pluto. Pluto breaks us open, sometimes with a brutal force that sees us destroyed: laid bare, naked and stripped of anything we may once have thought we were, as we walk through the underworld. But even as Pluto breaks, even as our world as we know it lays in ruins, even if everything we thought we knew we were is revealed to be a lie, we are being equipped with the tools we need to change. Like Humpty Dumpty , we fall because we need to and we break because it's how we learn and grow; it's how we transform. We can't rely on anyone else to do the work for us, we must discover our own power and find the confidence we need in ourselves to birth ourselves anew. Renewed. So we may begin, again. - Mercury: God of Mind
🧠 Mercury in Astrology: The God Who Connects Mercury is the God of the in-between. The messenger, the translator, the one who moves between worlds. In ancient astrology, Mercury was never one thing. Sometimes masculine, sometimes feminine. Sometimes bright, sometimes hidden. Quick-footed, ever-shifting, always thinking. This is the part of you that’s curious. Communicative. Restless. It’s how you know the world—and how the world comes to know you . Richard Tarnas describes Mercury as “the principle of mind, thought, communication… to connect and mediate, to use words and language, to give and receive information.” But Mercury is more than a thinking machine. He is the whisper in your mind and the joke you didn’t see coming. The way you make sense of things. The pattern you notice in the chaos. Mercury doesn’t ask you to shine or to feel. He asks you to listen . And then—to respond. 🗣️ Your Mercury Sign: How You Think, Speak and Understand The sign your Mercury is in tells us how you process the world, how you express your thoughts, and what kind of information lights you up. It’s your mental language—your way of meaning-making . ♈ Aries Mercury – You think fast, speak boldly, act on impulse. You’re direct and decisive, but not always patient. Let others catch up. ♉ Taurus Mercury – You think slowly, carefully. You like what’s practical, beautiful, grounded. Once you decide, you hold firm. Trust your pace. ♊ Gemini Mercury – You’re a natural communicator. Words fly easily. You’re curious, clever, endlessly connected. Just beware of scattering your magic. ♋ Cancer Mercury – You think with your heart. You remember everything—especially how it felt. Your words nurture. But protect your boundaries. ♌ Leo Mercury – You speak with flair. Big-hearted and expressive, your voice carries warmth. You need to be heard—don’t shrink to keep the peace. ♍ Virgo Mercury – You’re precise, detail-focused, practical. You notice what others miss. Analysis is your superpower. Let perfection soften into wisdom. ♎ Libra Mercury – You think in pairs. Your mind seeks balance, fairness, beauty. You’re diplomatic, but sometimes indecisive. Speak your own truth. ♏ Scorpio Mercury – You think deeply, speak strategically, hear what’s unspoken. Words are power. You see the shadows. Use that insight with care. ♐ Sagittarius Mercury – You think big. Broad. Visionary. Truth matters more than tact. You speak to inspire—just be sure to listen, too. ♑ Capricorn Mercury – You think seriously. Strategically. You value logic, structure, mastery. You speak when it matters. You mean what you say. ♒ Aquarius Mercury – You think differently. Ahead of your time. Ideas spark like lightning. You’re logical, original—and often misunderstood. ♓ Pisces Mercury – You think in images, feelings, metaphors. Your words are poetry. But your mind is porous. Create structure where you can. 🧭 Your Mercury House: Where You’re Meant to Make Sense of Life The house Mercury falls in shows where your mental energy naturally flows, and where your curiosity, learning, and communication are most alive. It’s where you gather meaning—and where you’re here to make connections . 1st House – You lead with your thoughts. Quick-witted, expressive, opinionated. Your voice is part of your identity—don’t hide it. 2nd House – You think about value. Security. Worth. You’re practical, grounded. Ideas become real when they’re useful or profitable. 3rd House – This is Mercury’s home. You live in your mind. You’re wired to observe, explain, teach, write, speak. Communication is your lifeblood. 4th House – You think about home, family, memory. Your inner world is rich. You reflect deeply. You may not always trust your mind, but it’s deeply intuitive. Give it solitude. ✍️ What Mercury Teaches Us Mercury reminds us that language shapes reality. That the words we use to describe our lives become the stories we live. Doing The Work with Mercury means becoming conscious of your mind. Of how you think, what you say, what stories you’re telling—and whether they’re helping you or holding you back. This is the God who moves between the divine and the mundane. Between you and others. Between your thoughts and your soul. So take a moment and ask: 📝 What am I telling myself right now? Is it kind? Is it true? How can I speak more clearly—to myself and to the world? This is where the magic begins. In noticing. In naming. In speaking it into life. And if you’d like help listening for the deeper message in your chart, I’d love to be your translator. - The Moon: God of Feeling
🌙 The Moon in Astrology: What Keeps You Whole If The Sun is the story of who you're becoming, The Moon is the place you return to when you’re tired of becoming. It's what keeps you whole. In ancient astrology, The Moon was seen as the moist, fertile ground of life itself—the one who moves swiftly through the sky, ever-changing, ever-sensing. She rules the night, the tides, the womb, the feeling body of this human experience. While The Sun shines outwards, The Moon pulls inwards. She remembers. She reflects. She responds. Richard Tarnas calls her “the matrix of being… the womb and ground of life… the anima, the immanent, the centripetal.” This is the part of you that knows —not through facts, but through feeling. She’s the body memory. The quiet hum of intuition. The ache beneath the surface. In your chart, The Moon speaks to your inner landscape. Your instincts. Your needs. What soothes you. What unsettles you. Where you crave safety, comfort, rhythm, belonging. The Moon isn’t just emotional. She is life itself . She’s what makes you feel alive and what makes you retreat when life feels too much. She doesn’t ask you to shine. You’re wired for insight. ♓ Pisces Moon – You feel safe when you can escape into something bigger. Music. Prayer. Art. Emotion flows like water. Just don’t lose yourself in the tide. 🌘 Your Moon House: Where You Need to Feel Held The house your Moon falls in shows where in life you crave emotional security, nourishment, and rhythm. It’s where your inner child still lives. It’s the part of your life that needs tending before anything else can flourish. 1st House – You wear your feelings. Your face shows what your heart holds. The longing. The child you once were and still are. She’s the part of your chart that whispers: Feel it. Let it in. You don’t have to carry it alone. Doing The Work with the Moon means learning how to meet your own needs. How to listen to your body. How to say: I don’t feel safe right now , and respond with care instead of judgement. So if it feels right, take a moment to ask yourself: 📝 What does safety feel like in my body? What do I need right now, not in theory—but in truth? Can I love the part of me that still needs holding? This is the work. Not fixing. Not transcending. Just feeling your way back home. And if you’d like help finding that path through your chart, I’d love to walk alongside you. A note on AI & my writing: I use ChatGPT as a writing assistant—not as a writer. - Saturn: God of Challenge
Saturn Jump to section: Saturn Qualities Saturn in your chart Saturn in the houses Saturn in the signs Saturn transits Book a reading with me Saturn 's orbital period is approximately 29.45 years, meaning Saturn usually spends about two and a half years in each sign. Saturn: The Shape of Time Saturn doesn’t speak loudly. He doesn’t rush. He waits. In myth, He ruled the Golden Age, an era not of ease, but of order. A time when life moved with the rhythms of the earth, when cycles were honoured and harvests came in their own time. He held a sickle in one hand, and a child in the other. One to reap. One to raise. He knew both roles well. Saturn is the weight of reality pressing in. Cold. Dry. Distant. He’s not the light we crave but the form we build to hold it. His rings trace the edge of all things, what can and cannot be. He defines the boundary where our dreams meet the possible. In the sky, He moves slowly. He takes his time, and He teaches us to do the same. We meet Him in moments of contraction, challenge, and resistance. He humbles us. And yet, this very humbling, this stripping down, can be the beginning of true wisdom. He’s not easy. But He’s honest. You’ll feel His influence wherever He sits in your chart. His lessons echo through the signs He rules, Capricorn and Aquarius, and carry the weight of tradition, responsibility, and commitment. He’s exalted in Libra, where balance is sacred, and struggles most in Aries, Leo, and Cancer, signs that leap, shine, and feel before they think. Saturn demands form first, freedom later. At first, He comes as the parent, the teacher, the one who says no. He’s the parking warden, the judge, the referee. The part of the world that reminds us there are rules. But in time, if we stay with him, He begins to change. The voice of "no" becomes the voice of "not yet." The judge becomes the elder. The law becomes wisdom. Saturn isn’t here to punish us, but to shape us. He reminds us of gravity, of age, of effort. Of what it means to carry something long enough to become it. He helps us see what is possible, not in theory, but in practice. Dreams need Saturn. Without Him, they drift. With Him, they take shape. There is pain here. No use pretending otherwise. Saturn governs time, decay, the endings of things. He is the senex, the old god, the guardian of boundaries and bearer of karmic consequence. And yet within that solemnity is something sacred. Something that deepens us. Solitude becomes self-containment. Struggle becomes strength. Silence becomes stillness. In a world so drawn to the immediate, Saturn is a threshold we cross only through endurance. Through structure, integrity, commitment. Through choosing to stay with what’s hard, not as punishment, but as alchemy. Wherever He sits in your chart, look there for your apprenticeship. The place you will build something solid and true, not quickly, but surely. Not perfectly, but wholly. Not for show, but for keeps. Saturn waits. And if we can learn to wait with him, we might just discover the gold hidden in the lead. Saturn's Glyph or symbol, shows the cross of matter (reality) over the soul, representing the material nature of man reigning. Café Astrology From my favourite astrological author's: 'Saturn represents the inevitable sorrows and challenges of material incarnation. Reminding us of the birth process and our vulnerable mortality, Saturn underlies our fearful tendences to armour and defend ourselves from past and future pain, with a consequent hardening, tightening, and limiting effect on our psyches. The struggles associated with Saturn also lead to many positive traits, however, including responsibility and integrity, grounded humility, hard work and patience. Spiritual opening seems to demand that we face our limits and experience the ego reduced to a meaningless speck which then, paradoxically, allows us to reawaken to the Universal Mind and Cosmic Consciousness. During major transits of Saturn, we are more likely to feel the humbling and painful, but necessary parts of this process.' Renn Butler 'Saturn: the principle of limit, structure, contraction, constraint, necessity, hard materiality, concrete manifestation; time, the past, tradition, age, maturity, mortality, the endings of things; gravity and gravitas, weightiness, that which burdens, binds, challenges, fortifies, deepens; the tendency to confine and constrict, to separate, to divide and define, to cut and shorten, to negate and oppose, to strengthen and forge through tension and resistance, to rigidify, to repress, to maintain a conservative and strict authority; to experience difficulty, decline, deprivation, defect and deficit, defeat, failure, loss, alienation; the labour of existence, suffering, old age, death; the weight of the past, the workings of fate, character, karma, the consequence of past action, error and guilt, punishment, retribution, imprisonment, the sense of "no exit"; pessimism, inferiority, inhibition, isolation, oppression and depression; the impulse and capacity for discipline and duty, order, solitude, concentration, conciseness, thoroughness and precision, discrimination and objectivity, restraint and patience, endurance, responsibility, seriousness, authority, wisdom; the harvest of time, effort, and experience; the concern with consensus reality, factual concreteness, conventional forms and structures, foundations, boundaries, solidity and stability, security and control, rational organisation, efficiency, law, right and wrong, judgement, the superego; the dark, cold, heavy, dense, dry, old, slow, distant, the senex, Kronos, the stern father of the Gods.' Richard Tarnas "Saturn symbolises a psychic process as well as a quality or kind of experience. He is not merely a representative of pain, restriction, and discipline; he is also a symbol of the psychic process, natural to all human beings, by which an individual may utilise the experience of pain, restriction, and discipline, as a means for greater consciousness and fulfilment." Liz Greene Saturn key words: Limit and constraint Time and tradition Gravity and weightiness Difficulty and adversity Discipline and authority Saturn in your chart Saturn’s influence in the birth chart is both unmistakable and slow to reveal its gifts. Wherever He resides, and through the aspects He forms with the other Gods, He brings gravity. This is the part of life that asks for effort. For patience. For time. It’s where we often feel blocked or burdened at first, like something is withheld or out of reach. But it’s also where we have the greatest potential to build something lasting, if we’re willing to commit to the work . When we’re young, Saturn shows up as the world’s rules and limits. Parents. Teachers. The person in charge. He says no, not yet. He reminds us that actions have consequences. But as we grow, something changes. Slowly, Saturn stops being just an outer force and becomes an inner guide, a solid bedrock within. He becomes our discipline, our discernment, our self-respect. Saturn is also the principle of structure. He defines what’s real. He draws the boundaries between what we long for and what is actually possible in the world. That isn’t to say we must abandon vision, but that we must give it form. Wherever Saturn is in your chart, you’re being asked to take something seriously. To show up for it, again and again, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard. This is the quiet apprenticeship of a lifetime: from external authority to inner strength, from resistance to resilience, from fear to mastery. Sometimes this part of your chart feels lonely. But the solitude Saturn brings can be fruitful. Like the hermit who chooses the mountain not to escape life, but to meet it more deeply. Where he stands in your chart is where you are being shaped by time. And in the end, what you build here may be the most trustworthy thing you have. Saturn through the houses Saturn in the 1st House Life Work: Identity & Self-Definition There can be a burden of visibility here, of feeling watched, evaluated, or simply different. Even early in life, it may have seemed like you had to hold yourself together, to be composed while others were still allowed to be children. You might second-guess your instincts or feel that asserting yourself risks judgment. But over time, this placement teaches authenticity without apology. You learn to inhabit your body, your presence, and your choices with dignity. The external weight becomes inner strength. What you’re learning: That you are enough, not because you’ve proved it, but because you’ve grown into it. Saturn in the 2nd House Life Work: Worth, Survival & Stability This is where we learn the difference between possessing and being possessed by what we fear to lose. There may be early experiences of lack, material, emotional, or both. You might work hard to feel secure, and still feel like it could all slip away. But Saturn here builds unshakable foundations. “Value” becomes less about wealth and more about what cannot be taken from you: self-respect, reliability, persistence. What you’re learning: To build something solid, slow, and real. And to know your worth, even when the world forgets to reflect it back. Saturn in the 3rd House Life Work: Communication & Mental Mastery There may be a fear of speaking out, or of being misunderstood. Perhaps it felt safer to observe than to participate, to think than to speak. But deep beneath the silence lies substance. This placement shapes a thoughtful, deliberate mind. “You do not speak until you are sure,” and that hesitation, over time, becomes a gift. Your words become rooted in something true. What you’re learning: That your voice matters, and your way of thinking - slow, deep, considered - is a strength, not a flaw. Saturn in the 4th House Life Work: Emotional Roots & Ancestral Healing The inner world may have felt cold, or inaccessible. Even with people around you, loneliness may have lived in the walls. Family burdens, unspoken griefs, or a sense of not quite belonging can settle deep in the bones. But this placement teaches you how to become your own home. “The past has weight,” yes but you get to choose what continues. You become the one who tends the roots. What you’re learning: To lay new foundations. To honour what came before without being bound by it. Saturn in the 5th House Life Work: Joy, Creativity & Self-Expression Love might have felt conditional. Playfulness, risky. You may hold your heart close, fearing it could be laughed at or left. And yet something in you longs to express, to create, to feel fully. There’s a quote here that cuts close to the bone: “Cut off from the heart.” But over time, you learn to reopen, not for praise, but because it’s your nature. Creativity becomes a practice, and love, a devotion. What you’re learning: To trust your own joy. To risk showing up. To let the heart lead, even when it hurts. Saturn in the 6th House Life Work: Health, Service & Sacred Order This is where the work never ends, and yet, where the most meaning can be found. You may experience health issues, burnout, or feel like your efforts are invisible. But Saturn here refines devotion. Through repetition, through showing up, through the quiet tending of life’s smallest details, you become someone others rely on. “The labour is sacred.” Even the ordinary becomes holy when done with intention. What you’re learning: To serve with grace. To honour your body. To bring order to the chaos without needing to control it. Saturn in the 7th House Life Work: Partnership & Projection There can be a delay or difficulty in relationships. You may carry a deep fear of dependence, of losing yourself in the other, or never being chosen at all. This placement shapes you into someone who loves consciously. Who sets clear boundaries, and also softens when it’s time. “Commitment becomes a spiritual practice,” not a trap. What you’re learning: That real love isn’t about merging or performing it’s about meeting. Fully. Present. Whole. Saturn in the 8th House Life Work: Transformation, Loss & Intimacy You don’t take vulnerability lightly. There may be a fear of being exposed, abandoned, or overpowered. You hold your cards close, and your soul closer. This placement invites deep work around trust and power. “You must risk the fall to learn how to stand.” And when you do? You rise as someone who has faced the fire and stayed present. What you’re learning: To let go of control, to share what’s real, and to allow yourself to be changed by connection. Saturn in the 9th House Life Work: Belief, Wisdom & Vision There may be an early distrust of big ideas. You might crave truth but fear being fooled, or cling to certainty to feel safe. Faith doesn’t come quickly here, but when it does, it runs deep. You are being shaped into a philosopher, not by books, but by life. “Belief is earned.” And your truth, when it comes, is forged in experience, not assumption. What you’re learning: To live your questions. To seek not for escape, but for meaning you can stand on. Saturn in the 10th House Life Work: Reputation, Mastery & Responsibility You may feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. The pressure to achieve, to succeed, to be “someone” can be intense. But behind that striving may lie a deep fear of not being enough. Yet this is also where you become a master. “The mask becomes real.” You learn how to lead, not for recognition, but from earned wisdom. You rise slowly, but when you do, it’s on your terms. What you’re learning: That success is not about appearance. It’s about becoming someone others can trust, because you trust yourself. Saturn in the 11th House Life Work: Belonging, Ideals & Collective Contribution This placement can feel like being on the edge of the group, watching others connect while feeling unseen. Early friendships may have felt disappointing or unsafe. But over time, you learn to show up in community with clarity and integrity. “You don’t need to belong everywhere, just somewhere real.” You bring structure to vision, and vision to structure. What you’re learning: To give your gifts to the collective, without losing your individuality in the process. Saturn in the 12th House Life Work: Surrender, Solitude & the Unconscious This is a quiet, sometimes hidden weight. You may carry ancestral burdens, spiritual loneliness, or a grief without name. There can be a longing to dissolve, to disappear, to escape the hardness of life. But Saturn here asks you to stay. “The mystery has form.” You are learning to hold space, for suffering, for spirit, for what cannot be explained. You become the anchor in the invisible. What you’re learning: To find quiet strength in solitude. To become a vessel for the unseen. To let faith be built, not assumed. Saturn through the Signs A guide to the life themes we cannot avoid—and why that’s not a bad thing. Saturn isn’t a punishment. He’s a process. He shows us the places we’re afraid to grow up, and then waits for us to take the first step. Wherever he sits in your birth chart, there’s something you’re being asked to master over time. Not through theory or intention, but through experience, effort, and integrity. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about becoming solid. Rooted. Real. Below, you’ll find the life themes Saturn brings when placed in each sign. These aren’t instant downloads. They’re long arcs of becoming. But if you stay with the work, they shape you into someone you can trust. ♈️ Saturn in Aries Theme: Courage and Identity You may not know how to trust your instincts. There’s often a hesitation when it comes to doing, deciding, or declaring. Like you’ve learned it’s not safe to just be you. But Saturn here is building something strong out of that uncertainty. Over time, you learn to act not out of fear or impulse, but out of alignment. You discover the kind of bravery that doesn’t need to shout. The Work: Letting yourself begin. Trusting your anger. Acting without apology but with awareness. ♉️ Saturn in Taurus Theme: Security and Self-Worth There may be a deep fear of losing what you have, or of never having enough to begin with. You might work hard to create stability, but it never quite feels safe. Saturn here wants to teach you how to find peace in simplicity. How to build slowly and with care. How to trust the value of what’s already within you. The Work: Rooting into your body. Defining enough. Knowing your worth doesn’t come from what you own, but how you hold yourself. ♊️ Saturn in Gemini Theme: Communication and Thought Words might feel like traps. You think too much, or not enough. You question your intelligence, or hide it behind distraction. But Saturn in Gemini is forging clarity. You are learning how to think deeply, speak truthfully, and become someone whose words carry weight not because they’re loud, but because they’re considered. The Work: Saying what you mean. Listening with presence. Trusting your voice even when it trembles. ♋️ Saturn in Cancer Theme: Emotional Safety and Belonging Vulnerability feels risky. Emotions are carefully controlled. You might long for closeness, yet pull away when it gets too real. Saturn here brings you home to yourself. Not through others, but through the quiet act of caring for your own feelings like they matter. Over time, you learn that love isn’t weakness. It’s strength. The Work: Letting yourself need. Soothing your own heart. Believing you belong even when no one else is watching. ♌️ Saturn in Leo Theme: Expression and Recognition There’s a tension between wanting to be seen and fearing that what you offer won’t be enough. You may hide your light, or overperform to make up for a deep ache. But Saturn in Leo is the slow unfolding of self-worth through creative authenticity. You’re learning how to shine from within, without needing the applause. The Work: Claiming your right to be visible. Creating for joy. Letting your heart lead, even when it’s scary. ♍️ Saturn in Virgo Theme: Healing and Service The inner critic can be ruthless here. Nothing feels good enough, not your work, your body, your efforts. You try to control the chaos, to fix the flaws. But Saturn in Virgo is here to teach sacred precision. To show you the beauty of process, of devotion, of being in service to something greater without abandoning yourself. The Work: Practising gentleness. Learning to rest. Serving with integrity, not perfection. ♎️ Saturn in Libra Theme: Relationship and Fairness You may fear imbalance, giving too much, not getting enough, losing yourself in the mirror of another. You might hold back from love, or feel bound by duty. But Saturn in Libra asks you to grow into mature partnership. Not co-dependence or performance but mutual respect. You’re learning that real love is built, not fallen into. The Work: Creating connection without losing yourself. Holding space for both people. Choosing harmony that’s real, not performative. ♏️ Saturn in Scorpio Theme: Power and Intimacy The depths are not unfamiliar but they’re not easy, either. There’s often a fear of losing control, of being betrayed, of being consumed. Saturn here is about emotional maturity. About standing in the truth of your pain without armouring your heart. About finding power not through secrecy, but through honesty. The Work: Being with your shadows. Letting others in. Transforming without numbing out. ♐️ Saturn in Sagittarius Theme: Truth and Belief You may wrestle with doubt. You want to believe in something, but what if it’s all a lie? Or you might cling tightly to a worldview that shuts out the nuance. Saturn here asks you to earn your truth. To walk your questions. To build a philosophy that’s not just inherited, but lived. The Work: Staying open without floating away. Finding freedom through commitment. Believing in what you’ve tested. ♑️ Saturn in Capricorn Theme: Responsibility and Achievement Here, Saturn sits at home. But that doesn’t make the lessons easy. You might feel like you’re carrying the world. That nothing is ever good enough, least of all you. But over time, this placement builds unshakable integrity. You learn to measure success not by how fast or how high but by how true. The Work: Letting go of the inner taskmaster. Building with care. Becoming your own authority. ♒️ Saturn in Aquarius Theme: Individuality and Belonging You may fear standing out or feel exiled for being different. You want to fit in, but not at the cost of your truth. Saturn in Aquarius is the bridge between the personal and the collective. You are learning how to bring your vision into reality, responsibly, and in service to the whole. The Work: Trusting your ideas. Being weird with integrity. Belonging to something without dissolving in it. ♓️ Saturn in Pisces Theme: Faith and Surrender The world may feel overwhelming. Boundaries are hard. You want to merge, to escape, to return to the sea. But Saturn here asks you to stay. To build containers for your sensitivity. To find structure in the sacred. This is not the easy kind of spirituality. It’s the kind that asks for everything, and gives grace in return. The Work: Grounding the dream. Holding space for mystery. Choosing compassion over avoidance. Saturn Transits Saturn Returns (Around ages 29–30 and 58–59) The Saturn Return marks a threshold: a crossing into deeper adulthood. It’s not about having it all figured out, but about realising what no longer fits and choosing what does. Old scaffolding starts to fall away. There’s often pressure, yes but also clarity. This is a time for reassessing your direction, your commitments, and your definition of success. It can be intense, but it’s not here to punish. It’s here to help you grow into someone solid, someone you trust. This is when you start building your life with your own hands, not the one you inherited, but the one that’s truly yours. Saturn Squares (Approx. ages 7, 14, 21, 35, 44, 51, 65, 74) Squares are friction points—turning corners that require effort. Saturn here often brings a sense of stuckness or challenge, but it's not failure. It's an invitation to adjust, refine, and recommit. You might feel blocked or burdened, but this is the time to check in: Is what I’m doing sustainable? Am I still in alignment with where I’m headed? The work here is patience and perseverance. Learning to carry what matters, and release what doesn’t. Saturn Oppositions (Approx. ages 14–15 and 43–44) The opposition is a mirror. Something outside of you, often in the form of relationships, work, or family, pushes back. It can feel like conflict, pressure, or a call to balance two very different parts of your life. It asks for maturity: not reaction, but reflection. What needs to be integrated? What needs to be owned? This is a time for realignment, of learning to hold two truths and build a bridge between them. He’s the part that believes in who you’re becoming, even when you don’t. He’s the mountain, yes. But he’s also the voice that says: you can climb it . His lessons are rarely instant. They unfold slowly, over years, through experiences that press us, shape us, and reveal us. But if you stay with the work, if you keep showing up, you begin to see what he’s really offering: not punishment, but power. Not rejection, but resilience. Not limits, but a path to your own strength. “I am not just the voice of constraint. I am also the voice of strength. I am not here only to break you. I am here to forge you.” That’s the second voice of Saturn. The one that often goes unheard. The one that sees who you could be if you didn’t give up. The one that knows the struggle is not without meaning. And when you reach the summit, when you look back at the years you once resented, you may realise that they didn’t ruin you. They built you. “The very things you thought were your burdens are the things that made you who you are.” If you're navigating your Saturn Return, a Saturn square, or just want to understand the role of Saturn in your birth chart more deeply, I’d be honoured to walk with you through it. - The Sun: God of Purpose
The Sun in Astrology: Who Are You Becoming? If you've ever looked at your birth chart and wondered what it all means, a good place to start is with The Sun . In Hellenistic astrology, The Sun is not just one of many moving pieces—it’s the heart of the sky. It’s the light you radiate, the core of your vitality, the story you’re here to live into. But here’s what I wish someone had told me when I first began learning all this: The Sun isn’t about who you are. Not quite. It’s about who you are becoming. It’s not a personality label or a fixed identity. It’s the journey of your spirit learning to shine more fully as itself in this lifetime. The ancient astrologers saw The Sun as the beacon of the day—the one who illuminates. He sees clearly. He burns away illusion. He doesn’t hide. In your chart, The Sun tells us where you are being asked to show up. To become . To live out the path of your soul with courage and awareness. As Richard Tarnas puts it in Cosmos and Psyche , The Sun is the “central principle of vital creative energy… the will to exist.” It is the part of you that knows it is here for something . That wants to radiate truth. That wants to make something of your life. In mythic terms, The Sun is the archetypal Hero. Not in the egoic, self-congratulatory sense—but in the deeper, timeless story of becoming who you truly are, even when it's hard. Especially when it’s hard. The Sun is your clarity in times of confusion. Your purpose in moments of doubt. Your sovereignty when the world tries to pull you off course. And here's the thing: He won’t let you off the hook. You might resist His call. You might turn away from your light. But He will keep rising every morning, quietly reminding you— you’re meant to shine. When you live your Sun, you don’t become someone else. You become more you . More of the you that remembers your wholeness. More of the you who dares to step out of hiding and say: This is me. This is my life. And I am going to live it on purpose. In the birth chart, the sign and house The Sun occupies give us clues about where and how you’re meant to express this light. But the real work is in listening. Showing up. Saying yes to your becoming, over and over again. So if you’ve been wondering what this whole astrology thing is really about—start with The Sun. Start with the part of you that longs to be more alive. And ask yourself: Where am I being called to shine more fully? What truth am I here to embody? What kind of life is waiting for me, just beyond the fear of being seen? ☀️ Your Sun Sign: The Light You’re Learning to Live The sign your Sun is in describes the quality of your light—how you’re learning to shine in this life. - Know Thyself (Without the Bullsh*t): A No-Nonsense Guide to Inner Work
The Path to Self-Knowledge: A Guide to Meeting Yourself (for Real This Time) The Thinker, Rodin The quest for self-knowledge is the spiritual equivalent of embarking on an epic road trip with no GPS - equal parts exhilarating and disorienting. It’s been championed by philosophers, mystics, and self-help influencers who love a good quote. From the Delphic Oracle’s “ Know thyself ” to the Hermetic “ As within, so without ”, the idea remains: If you want to change your world, start with yourself. But let’s be honest, self-knowledge is less about sitting in serene meditation and more about confronting the messiness of your own patterns, projections, and contradictions. This guide will help you navigate the labyrinth of your inner world, drawing from the wisdom of spiritual masters and 'The Work’ - a system designed for real transformation (not just another self-improvement fad). “He who knows others is wise; he who knows himself is enlightened.” – Lao Tzu A Note Before You Begin This is a guide to get you started - to point you in a direction. It’s up to you to walk it, and your direction may not be mine. I’ve learned all of this through experiencing it, through trial and error, through confronting the parts of myself I didn’t want to see. And I can assure you, your world transforms as you do the work. But it’s a process, and it takes time. It could feel overwhelming, so start small - with one thing . I started with learning how I felt . I tuned into my body to understand what emotions were present and where they lived in me. I then dove into my history to understand when I first began feeling them and what deeper story was running in the background of my life. By uncovering the truth within, we have the opportunity to rewrite our stories. “An unexamined life is not worth living.” – Socrates Practical Questions for the Brave Soul (For those ready to meet themselves) What Do You Feel? Action: Practice mindfulness without judgment. Journal your feelings like you’re transcribing the secret thoughts of your own soul. Outcome: Emotional intelligence skyrockets. Fewer emotional hangovers from reacting to things that don’t deserve your energy. Where Have You Been? Action: Reflect on your life story - honestly and also with no judgement. Write down the defining moments, tracing how they’ve shaped you. Outcome: Patterns emerge. The past stops being a mystery and starts becoming a lesson plan. What Stories Do You Tell Yourself? Action: Identify your recurring mental monologues. Question their validity. Rewrite the script. Outcome: You stop living by old, outdated narratives. Freedom from self-imposed limitations ensues. Where Do These Patterns Repeat? Action: Track the déjà vu moments in your life. What themes keep showing up? Investigate. Outcome: You start recognising that life isn’t punishing you - it’s offering you a rerun until you finally get it . What Does Your Present Feel Like? Action: Take micro-moments throughout the day to pause and check in. Outcome: Greater presence, less autopilot. Life stops rushing past you. What Does Your Present Look Like? Action: Audit your environment; physical and emotional. What’s feeding you? What’s draining you? Outcome: You curate your world with intention rather than letting life happen to you. Can You Accept Where You Are? Action: Practice radical acceptance - acknowledge reality without immediately trying to fix, deny, or avoid it. Outcome: Stress levels drop. Resistance fades. You learn how to work with life rather than against it. What Do You Actually Want? Action: Define your desires without shame or shoulds. Get specific. Outcome: Clarity. Motivation becomes intrinsic rather than dictated by outside pressures. What Do You Think? Action: Observe your thoughts. Are they supportive or sabotage-y? Challenge the nonsense. Outcome: A more constructive inner dialogue, fewer self-inflicted mental tornadoes. What Do You Believe? Action: Examine your core beliefs. Who gave them to you? Do they still serve you? Outcome: Outdated, limiting beliefs get retired. You align with truths that actually empower you. Does That Align with What You Want? Action: Ensure your daily choices align with your deeper goals and values. Outcome: Integrity between what you desire and how you live. “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” – Carl Jung The Missing Pieces (And Why They Matter) To truly know yourself, there are deeper layers to consider. 1. The Body as a Portal to Self-Knowledge We don’t just think our emotions, we store them. Trauma, memories, suppressed anger - they all live in the body. Notice where emotions show up physically. Use breathwork, movement, or body scanning to reconnect. The mind lies; the body doesn’t. 2. The Role of the Shadow (Your Hidden Self) The parts of yourself you reject don’t disappear - they control you from the unconscious. Notice what triggers you in others - it’s always a mirror. Accept the parts of yourself you avoid (anger, jealousy, insecurity). Integration is liberation. 3. Projection: Your Mirror Your judgments of others reveal truths about yourself. Who irritates or fascinates you? What qualities do they have? Where do those qualities live in you ? 4. Fear & Resistance: The Walls in Your Mind If you feel blocked, that is the work. Resistance means you’re touching something real. Procrastination? Avoidance? Rationalisation? These are fear in disguise. Lean in, gently. 5. The Trap of Over-Identification Don’t mistake thoughts for truths . You are not your anxiety, your sadness, or your passing fears. Observe your mind rather than getting lost in it. 6. The Role of Others: You Can’t Do This Alone Self-knowledge isn’t a solo sport. You need mirrors. Seek honest feedback. Observe how you show up in relationships. No one exists in a vacuum. 7. Beyond the Self: The Cosmic Tapestry Your personal story is part of something greater. What myth or archetype are you living out? What is life teaching you through your experiences? “Man is not what he thinks he is, he is what he hides.” – André Malraux The Path Forward This isn’t a checklist. It’s a lifelong practice. Self-knowledge isn’t a one-and-done process, it unfolds in layers . You might use this guide now, gain deep understanding, and return years later to discover new truths. However, knowing oneself also requires: Experience – Action, mistakes, lived challenges. Integration – Turning insights into embodiment and practice. Courage – The willingness to see truths we might not like. You must take this knowledge into action . The work isn’t about knowing better - it’s about being different. “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” – Aristotle Final Words: This Is Your Journey Your self-awareness will grow in proportion to your willingness to show up for yourself . No one can do it for you. No one can tell you exactly how it will unfold. This guide is just the beginning. The real work happens when you take it, make it yours, and walk the path your way. Because at the end of the day— you are the one you’ve been waiting for. “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung Now: Where will you begin? Know Thyself Through the Birth Chart: A Map to Your Deepest Self Carl Jung analysed birth charts to gain deeper insight into the unconscious patterns of his clients, using astrology as a symbolic tool alongside his psychological work. Like Jung, I use the birth chart to uncover the deeper layers of the self - your shadow, your strengths, your purpose, and the hidden stories shaping your life. What I Offer: When you come to me for a birth chart reading, we embark on a journey to meet the real you - beyond conditioning, beyond what others have told you to be. Through the lens of astrology, we can explore: ✨ Your Shadow – The hidden aspects of yourself, the wounds that need healing, and the parts of you that long to be integrated. Your birth chart reveals your unconscious patterns, where you self-sabotage, what you repress, and where you project onto others. Through awareness, these shadows can become sources of power. ✨ Your Purpose – Why are you here? Your chart holds clues to your soul’s mission, the lessons you are meant to learn, and the gifts you are meant to offer. We look at your North Node, your Midheaven, and the unique interplay of planetary energies that guide your life’s path. ✨ Your Strengths & Weaknesses – Every birth chart is a dynamic balance of strengths and challenges. I help you understand what you naturally excel at and where your growing edges are. Instead of fighting yourself, you learn to work with your nature. ✨ Your Stories & Patterns – The chart shows the narratives that have shaped your life - ancestral, karmic, and personal. We uncover the stories that run beneath the surface, so you can decide whether they still serve you or if it’s time to rewrite them. Why This Matters Knowing yourself is not just an intellectual exercise, it’s a transformative process. When you understand your inner workings, you stop repeating old cycles unconsciously. You step into awareness, choice, and alignment. Astrology doesn’t tell you who you are - it shows you the blueprint. You are the one who gets to build the life you want. My role is to help you read the map, decode the signs, and see yourself clearly, so you can navigate your journey with wisdom and intention. Work With Me If you are ready to see yourself in a new way - beyond surface-level astrology, beyond generic horoscopes - let’s go deep. A birth chart reading with me is not just about planets and signs; it’s about you - your life, your patterns, your purpose. Let’s unlock the truth that has always been within you. Are you ready to meet yourself? 📍 Book a birth chart reading – In-person or Zoom. 📅 Availability: In-person : Occasional Saturdays & Thursday evenings at Essential Therapies . Zoom : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings. 🦋 A note on AI & my writing: I use ChatGPT as a writing assistant—not as a writer. - When the Longing Becomes Light: Through The Void on The Twin Flame Journey
There’s a point on the twin flame journey when you ask yourself, broken and exhausted, "Will this emptiness ever end?" And the honest answer is: yes. But not in the way you think. Not by getting what you thought you needed. Not by reunion solving everything. The void doesn't go away because someone else fills it. It goes away because you do the inner work. At the beginning, I thought I felt hopeless. It felt as if this connection was a punishment, a cruel joke played by the universe to show me everything I couldn’t have. The love I want - tangible, physical, human - out of reach, mocking me. I tried to force it into being. I tried to rationalise it away. I tried to persuade myself that I didn’t want it. But the twin flame journey doesn’t let you hide. It takes you apart. It tears down every illusion you ever built: about yourself, about love, about what would make you whole. And somewhere in the ashes of all that burning, something else begins to reveal itself. Not your twin. Not your happy ending. You. The real you. The one who was never broken to begin with. The one who was always whole but didn’t know it. You realise that the void you felt was not created by your twin’s absence. It was created by the ways you had abandoned yourself long before they ever arrived. There comes a moment when all the illusions burn. When you stop clinging to a human outcome. When you stop waiting for love to arrive at your door. When you finally see that sacred union is not something you find: it is something you become. The void you feel is real. It is painful. It is the fire of initiation. But it is not forever. Because as you walk deeper into your own soul, as you let go, not from defeat but from trust, as you surrender the need for anything outside you to validate your worth, the void begins to fill. Not with anything external. But with the divine presence that has been within you all along. And when that happens, the longing fades, the ache quiets, and the desperate reaching softens into peace. Because you no longer need to be saved. Because you have already come home. I appreciate this is easily said. I can assure you that it’s true from my own experience. But here are some practices that may help you to embody this truth for yourself: Twin Flame Journey Daily Practices (Think of these as watering the seeds every day.) 1. Self-Devotion Practice (5 minutes a day) Each morning or evening, light a candle (or even just pause) and consciously place your hands on your heart. Say out loud or internally: " I am already whole. " " I choose to return to myself. " " Love lives in me. Love is me. " Visualise yourself as a beautiful flame - whole, bright, alive - with no gaps, no missing parts. You are reinforcing truth over feeling . At first it might feel fake. That’s okay. This is about building a bridge to the deeper reality that already exists. 2. Witness Your Longing Without Feeding It When you feel the void, the loneliness, the ache - don't suppress it and don't spiral into it . Instead, sit with it as if you are sitting with a child who is crying. Gently say to yourself: " This longing is not wrong. It is showing me where love wants to grow within me. " Breathe deeply and imagine softening around the feeling instead of tightening or resisting. You are teaching your nervous system that it is safe to feel emptiness, and by doing that, you transform it. 3. Nature Contact (Daily if possible) Spend time outside - even 10 minutes - consciously connecting to life around you. Look at a tree, the sky, the earth and remember: everything here is in relationship. Feel how the earth already loves you - with every breath, every blade of grass, every beam of sunlight. The void shrinks when you reconnect to the living world , not just the mental/emotional world. Deeper Practices (These are more transformational over time.) 4. Inner Child Dialogue Your twin flame journey triggers old wounds - especially of abandonment, not being chosen, being unworthy. Set aside time (even once a week) to journal or meditate: " Little Me what do you need from me today? " Write down whatever comes. Then write back from your adult self: reassuring, comforting, LOVING that inner part the way you wish someone had done long ago. You are slowly filling the void from inside out . 5. Shadow Work Ritual Once a month (or when it feels strong), intentionally sit down and ask: " What feeling am I most afraid to feel right now? " " What am I still hoping someone else will fix for me? " Let yourself name it honestly without shame. Then say: " I claim this shadow as part of my wholeness. " Imagine embracing the part of you that is still afraid or hurting. Instead of exiling your pain, you are loving it into healing. Mindset Reframe to Carry Every Day "I am not healing to get something. I am healing to remember I already have everything." The twin flame path is about becoming love , not earning love. Every day you return to this truth, you weaken the illusion that anything outside of you can complete you. Quick Summary: Practice Focus How Often? Self-Devotion Remind yourself you are whole Daily Witness Longing Hold yourself tenderly in the void Daily Nature Contact Feel life loving you Daily if possible Inner Child Dialogue Heal abandonment at the root Weekly Shadow Work Transform fear into acceptance Monthly or when needed Here’s a Sacred Ceremony of Returning to Self that you can do at home. This isn’t about "doing it perfectly." It’s about setting an intention so clear, so true, that it reshapes the energy you are walking with. 🌸 Sacred Ceremony of Returning to Self 🌸 Purpose: To honour the end of clinging, the end of waiting, the end of seeking outside yourself, and to reclaim your inner wholeness. To mark the sacred turning point: from longing ➔ to living in love. ✨ What You’ll Need: A candle (any size or colour — something you like) A small bowl of water (to represent emotion, soul, purification) A stone or crystal (optional — something that feels grounding) A piece of paper and a pen (Optional) Some flowers, incense, or music you love ✨ Steps: 1. Prepare Your Space Choose a time when you won't be interrupted. Clean the space lightly beforehand (even just tidying a corner) to show you're creating sacredness. Lay everything out before you — candle, water, stone, paper. Light your candle. Say aloud (or whisper): "I am creating a sacred space to return to myself. I am ready to release what no longer serves me. I am ready to remember who I am." 2. Ground Yourself Sit comfortably. Hold your stone or simply place your hands over your heart. Take 7 deep, slow breaths. On each inhale, imagine breathing in peace. On each exhale, imagine letting go of fear, longing, grasping. Feel yourself sink into your own body, your own energy. 3. Invocation: Calling In the Divine Say (in your own words, or use this): "Divine Source, Love that lives within me and around me, Be here now. Help me remember that I am already whole, Already loved, Already free." 4. The Release: Letting Go of Clinging Take your piece of paper. Write down everything you are ready to release: "I release my fear of being alone." "I release the belief that my twin has to choose me to be worthy." "I release my attachment to a human outcome." (Anything else that comes.) When you're done, fold the paper and touch it to the flame (carefully — you can have a fireproof dish ready) or rip it up and drop the pieces into the water. As you do, say: "I let this go. I choose to walk free. I choose to trust Love itself to lead me." 5. The Return: Reclaiming Yourself Now place your hands back over your heart. Say: "I welcome myself home. I am love. I am whole. I am my own beloved." If you feel moved, you can gently touch your shoulders, your arms, your face, affirming to yourself that you are precious and beloved exactly as you are. Imagine golden light filling every part of you that once felt hollow. The void becoming a wellspring of light . The missing pieces were never missing , they were just waiting for you to remember them. 6. Closing the Ceremony Thank yourself for showing up. Thank the divine presence (however you sense it). Blow out the candle, saying: "This flame continues in me." You might want to end by listening to a beautiful piece of music, going outside to touch the earth, or simply sitting in silence for a few minutes. 🌟 Aftercare: The ceremony will shift something subtle but deep. In the days that follow: Be gentle with yourself. Watch for small moments when you feel lighter, freer. Repeat to yourself often: " I am my own beloved. " If grief arises honour it. It is part of the clearing. If joy arises welcome it. It is the new life coming through. 💗 Read how my Twin Flame Journey felt: My Twin Flame Journey: 8 Years On And if you feel called to seek personal support along the way, know that you don’t have to walk this path alone. - You Don’t Need Faith in Your Twin Flame, You Just Need Faith in the Divine
There comes a moment on the twin flame journey when all the illusions burn. When you realise no one is coming to save you. When you see that clinging to a human outcome only chains you to your own suffering. When the idea of union becomes less important than the truth breaking open inside you. This is not punishment. This is the real initiation. You don’t need faith in your twin. You need faith in the divine. In the path that strips you bare. In the fire that leaves only what is real. The twin flame journey isn’t about waiting for love to arrive at your door. It’s about remembering you are already made of it. That sacred union isn’t something you find. It’s something you become : through every heartbreak, every letting go, every step deeper into your own soul. This isn’t the easy way. It’s the only way. And it will cost you everything that was never really yours to begin with. Letting Go, Not Giving Up You are not asked to let go of your twin because it "won’t happen." You are asked to let go because clinging to a human outcome keeps you small. Maybe union will happen. Maybe it won’t. But either way, the journey is moving you to the same place: Home. Back to yourself. Back to the divine within you. True union. Sacred union. Begins within. Focusing on your spiritual path isn’t giving up. It’s walking the only path that was ever truly yours. Shadow Work: The Descent Before the Ascent And yet, there’s a hard truth many teachings bypass: You cannot awaken without walking through your shadow. You cannot ascend without first descending. You cannot reach the heavens if you refuse to walk through hell. Your twin flame shows you your divinity, yes. But they also show you your wounds. Your abandonment. Your rage. Your shame. Your need to control. And you need them to do this. This is a path you are walking together. Whether you (and they) realise it. This is not a mistake. This is the initiation. Your twin is the mirror you cannot smash. They take you into the places you would rather avoid, because that is where your freedom lives. You cannot bypass this descent. You cannot love fully if you refuse to meet your fear, your grief, your humanity. To rise, you must first fall. To open to divine love, you must first become honest about all the places you have shut yourself away from it. The True Twin Flame Journey The true twin flame journey is not about chasing someone. It’s not about waiting. It’s not about convincing The Universe to give you a happy ending. It’s about surrendering to the alchemy of your own soul. Trusting that if you walk toward the divine within you, everything meant for you will find you. Union, if it comes, will be a consequence. Not a goal. But no matter what, you will find the thing you were seeking all along: your own wholeness. your own light. your own sacred love. Because that has always been the point. And that is something no one can ever take from you. Practices for Walking the Real Path Forging faith in the divine is not about waiting for the grand miracle. It’s about learning to see the thousands of tiny miracles that unfold every day, if you keep your eyes open and your heart wide. 🌿 Begin by noticing. Look for the small signs: The song that answers your unspoken question. The number sequence that finds you at exactly the right moment. The missing book that returns itself to you when you need it most. The stranger's smile that reminds you you are not alone. These are not accidents. These are the divine speaking in the language of your life. 🌿 Start a “Miracles Journal.” Every evening, jot down the small ways the divine touched your day. It doesn’t have to be dramatic. It only has to be true. Over time, you will see the web that holds you. You will learn that you are never walking alone. And your faith will root itself, not in wishful thinking, but in lived experience. 🌿 Bless the Small Wins. When you notice a small miracle, pause and say, quietly or aloud: "I see you. Thank you." This simple act turns noticing into relationship, and turns hope into trust. 🌿 Feed Your Soul with Learning. You don’t have to find all the answers today. Follow what lights you up. Dive into the rabbit holes of wonder. Don't stop at the twin flame teachings. Go deeper: Read the philosophers. Wander the esoteric teachings. Explore Buddhism, the Tao, tarot, the Bhagavad Gita, the Bible, the mysteries of the new age. Everything you learn will serve to remind you of who you are in truth. Trust your curiosity. It is the divine leading you home. 🌿 Let Go of Deadlines. Spiritual unfolding does not operate on human timetables. If you focus only on the Big Outcome - the twin, the union - you will miss the real unfolding happening in every breath. Faith is not built in the waiting. Faith is built in the living. The true twin flame journey was never about chasing another soul. It was always about awakening the divine within your own being. It was always about remembering you are already love itself. The more you walk toward your own soul, the more life will meet you with grace. Whether that includes union with your twin, no one can say. But what you can be sure of is this: You will not miss yourself. You will not miss The Divinity within you. And you will not miss the life you were born to live. 🌿 If you are struggling, if you are lost in the ache of it all, know this: You are not alone. I don’t write these words from a distance. I write them because I have walked this path myself. Because I have been broken and rebuilt by it. Because I am now united within my own being. I offer mentorship and twin flame readings. Not to promise outcomes, but to help you unlock the journey within you. To help you walk it with more grace, more courage, and more truth. - When Venus Meets Neptune: The Awakening of Sacred Love
On May 2nd, 2025, Venus meets Neptune at 1 degree of Aries, the third conversation in a long, fated dance that began months ago. And this moment is not fleeting. It is not surface magic. It is foundational . It is the beginning of something radically new , both within us and within the collective field of life itself. The Story So Far When Venus first touched Neptune earlier this year, a dream was seeded. The dream of divine love. Of beauty without condition. Of connection beyond separation. But the second meeting, during Venus’ retrograde, revealed the cracks. Where we had placed fantasy instead of truth, Neptune dissolved the illusions. We saw what was real, and what was never meant to hold. Now, Venus returns. But She is no longer the same. She has passed through the heart of the Sun: an ancient symbol of death and rebirth. She has been stripped down to Her essence. She returns as Morning Star : radiant, raw, ready. And now, standing at the threshold of Aries, She meets Neptune again. This is not a meeting of fantasy. This is a sacred union : of the love we know on Earth and the love we remember from the stars. Of body and spirit. Of human longing and divine fulfilment. Venus and Neptune: The Two Faces of Love Venus is our experience of love here , in bodies, in relationships, in the ache and beauty of being human. Venus is the hand we reach for, the kiss we remember, the life we dare to build with another. Neptune is the divine source of love: the ocean we come from and will return to. It is the love that has no beginning and no end. The love that underpins all creation. The love that knows no fear, no separation, no other. In this world, we have often lived with a fracture between these two loves. We have dreamt of divine love but struggled to embody it. We have chased it, projected it, lost ourselves trying to reclaim what we forgot was already inside us. But what if the fracture is healing? What if, in this moment, the bridge is being built ? The Collective Turning Point We are standing at a threshold: not just personally, but collectively. Venus in Aries reminds us: we must fight for love now. Not passive, not waiting, not hoping someone else will do it for us. Neptune at the Aries Point signals: divine love is no longer an unreachable dream. It is entering the collective field of action, identity, and choice. The sacred marriage. Of divine love and embodied life. Is not just possible. It is happening . We are no longer being asked to transcend this life in search of God. We are being asked to bring God here , into our hands, our homes, our bodies, our loves. As Yogi That writes in Don't Look Down , divine love isn't outside us. It resides within us , accessible through the very pathways of our own bodies. We are wired for connection: not as fantasy, but as living, breathing, holy truth . "I can see myself as a Divine being of Light. It's a perception I came upon during my practice, many times I would enter and allow the warm golden light to bathe over me, I would sit and feel. Dissolving myself until I was only the awareness of the purity within and the connection to the whole." - Yogi That This Venus-Neptune moment is the gateway. If we have learned from the burning. If we have let go of the illusions. If we are willing to love with our eyes open and our hearts unguarded. This is not a fantasy anymore. This is the sacred choice. To honour the love we are made of. To embody it in how we live, how we love, how we stand with and for each other. To claim sacred love: not as a perfect, untouchable ideal, but as a messy, magnificent, embodied reality. This is the hieros gamos . The sacred union. Reaching the Earth. And it asks for your courage. It asks for your presence. It asks for your devotion. Because sacred love, once found, is not something to drift into. It is something to fight for. It is something to live for. It is something to build. With trembling hands and blazing hearts. This is the beginning of the new world. Not the world built on illusion, performance, or fear. But the world built on truth, devotion, and the sacred fire of real love. We are not waiting for heaven anymore. We are bringing it here. And it begins, now .
