🌿 Astroweather | 16–22 June 2025

Let it land in the body now.

This week carries a quiet shift. Jupiter has entered Cancer. Mercury is here too. And now the Sun is on His way. The heat of spring starts to yield to something softer, something slower. The Gods are calling us inward. Not to hide but to come home.

You may find yourself craving stillness. Or feeling like everything is suddenly too much. Both can be true. After a high-stakes start to the month, this week is a turning point. But transition can feel strange. Tender.

Notice what’s ready to be received. What needs nurturing, not fixing. Rest.

✨ Transits & How to Recognise Them

🪞Monday 16 June

📍 No exact transits, but Jupiter square Saturn and Mars square Uranus are still very much active (from 15 June)

Energy: The aftermath. The echo. We’re still under the weight and stretch of Jupiter square Saturn:

Expansion vs. Contraction

Possibility vs. Limitation

Optimism vs. Realism

Vision vs. Structure

The Yes vs. the No

This has been amplified by The God of War in a tense conversation with God of Shock (Uranus).

How to notice it:

  • Within: You may feel the tension between what you believe is possible and what feels realistic. Breathe. It’s okay not to have it all figured out.

  • Without: Delays, blocked plans, or reality checks might show up. Tech issues, scheduling conflicts, unexpected expenses, even in the small things these are Saturn's fingerprints reminding you to ground before you grow. On the macro this looks like control and oppression (Saturn) vs what is right, just and true (Jupiter). Conflict is inevitable. This conversation began in December 2020 and the extremes we all remember around vaccine mandates and lockdowns. Then, Their energy was fused. Now, it's more of a fight.

🌿Tuesday 17 June – Mars enters Virgo

Energy: Precision over passion. Right action over reaction.

How to notice it:

  • Within: You may feel a sudden urge to get your life in order—clean the house, make a list, get back on track. There’s energy here, but it wants to be used wisely. You might also notice more inner criticism—watch your tone with yourself.

  • Without: Look for moments of helpful correction: an edit, a diagnosis, a suggestion that stings but serves. You may encounter people who are more exacting, or find yourself suddenly frustrated with mess and inefficiency.

Reminder: Mars in Virgo says: Do it well. Do it with care. But don’t wait to be perfect to begin.

🌊 Wednesday 18 June – Last Quarter Moon in Pisces + Jupiter square Neptune

Energy: A seismic shift. We’re moving past the storm of Jupiter square Saturn and stepping into a more spiritual—yet equally potent—dialogue with Jupiter square Neptune. It’s the difference between holding on and letting be. Between faith renewed and spirit tested.

Jupiter in Cancer is expansive. He’s huge, offering emotional nourishment, deepened empathy, the sense that all is possible. But Neptune might resist: What if this softens us too much? What if it’s illusion? This is the tension between hope and surrender. Between believing and knowing.

How to notice it:

  • Within:

You may feel a sense of inner tension between what you want to believe and what life is showing you. Waves of longing. Disillusionment with the world. A flickering crisis of faith. Maybe you’re questioning everything—from the spiritual path you’re on to the stories you’ve built your life around. This is not failure. This is Neptune at work—peeling away the fantasy so the deeper truth can rise.

And yet, there’s a fire here too. Neptune in Aries can bring a fired-up clarity, a righteous urge to defend what feels sacred. You may feel suddenly called to speak up, stand up, or call something out. But pause first. Feel it fully. Because Neptune is a slippery God—and not every cause that stirs your heart is what it seems.

Ask: Am I fighting for truth—or trying to make the world match my vision of how it should be?
  • Without: Look around and you may see spiritual disillusionment playing out on the world stage. Exposés of corrupt leaders, splits in idealistic communities, fiery clashes between belief systems. People may seem emotionally reactive, fired up about causes—but without clear solutions. It’s a time of high drama, but also deep revelation.

This transit can show up as:

  • Activism rooted in compassion or projection.

  • Public takedowns of spiritual leaders or influencers.

  • Movements turning against one another over vision, purity, or ideology.

The danger? Mistaking your story for the truth. The gift? Clarity through compassion.

Why it matters: This is the moment of spiritual integration. Do we collapse into cynicism—or wake up to sacred discernment? The world is pared back, not to nothingness, but to what actually matters. This conversation matters because it helps shape how we step forward.

Jupiter is preparing to be reborn through The Heart of The Sun on: Wednesday 25 June 2025. This is the point where the old Jupiter dies and is reborn as the Jupiter who knows the depths of Cancer. Exalted, purified, and ready to serve as a beacon. It’s not this week—but this crucible on the 18th is its precursor.

🌱 How to hold the week energetically

  • Midweek (18 June): Be tender. Let the waves roll in. Ask: Is this what’s real—or worth reshaping? Write it out. Cry it out. Contemplate: What inner vision is being clarified or dismantled?

  • Leading into the cazimi (24–25 June): We prepare the ground. We grieve the shiny dreams that didn’t hold. We make space for true expansion. By the morning of 25 June, we step into a new version of trust—a Cancer-rooted faith that feels more real because it’s been tested.

🧠 Journal prompts

  • 18 June: What belief or spiritual hope is already losing its shine? What am I being asked to test or release?

  • 25 June: What part of me feels reborn today? What seed of soul-deep faith wants to be watered?

This conversation is bigger than personal growth—it’s collective. From the high-minded hopes of Jupiter–Saturn to the spiritual reckoning of Jupiter–Neptune, we are being called to choose depth over brightness. And soon, that cazimi will baptise us into the truth behind the expansion.

🌞Saturday 21 June (London early hours) – Sun enters Cancer

The Solstice

Energy: The still point. The great turning. The longest day. And from here—we begin the return.

In traditional astrology, this is one of the four sacred hinges of the year: the cardinal ingress of the Sun into Cancer, ruled by the Moon. The moment the light reaches its peak in the Northern Hemisphere. From here, slowly, the days begin to shorten.

We don’t notice it at first. The fruit is still ripening, the gardens still swelling. But the shift has occurred. The Sun stands still. And then, He turns.

This is the cosmic exhale. Not the end of light, but the beginning of its descent.

🜃 Archetypal Significance

In Hellenistic astrology, Cancer is the place of the tropikos—the turning. The Sun, after rising and rising, now begins to fall.

Cancer, ruled by the Moon, brings a change in tempo and tone. Where Aries sparked life into motion and Gemini scattered seeds of thought, Cancer gathers us inward.

It is a sign of containment, protection, and nourishment. It brings the emphasis back to the inner world—the body, the memory, the soul.

And so, in this archetypal shift:

  • The Solar force—yang, active, visible—meets the Lunar matrix—yin, receptive, hidden.

  • The Hero comes home to the Mother.

  • Action gives way to integration.

🌕 How to Notice It

  • Within: You may feel sentimental. Tender. A little more tearful than usual. You might crave quiet, softness, food that feels like a hug. Memories surface. You remember who you used to be—and who’s held you. You might also feel emotional without a clear reason. That’s the Moon stirring.

Ask: Where do I need to be held? Where have I been trying to hold everything alone?
  • Without: Children may be more reactive or needier. People retreat. Plans change. Everything softens. You might see people making home improvements, visiting family, or slowing down to connect with what matters.

🕯️ Marking the Solstice

Stand in silence. Open the windows. Let the early light or softening dusk fall on your skin. Say a quiet thank you to the Sun—for rising, for warming, for growing.

And then gently ask:

What am I ready to turn toward now? What does the descent invite me to remember?

This is not the end of the light. But it is a turning toward the deep. Toward nourishment. Memory. Home. Let the light you've been carrying gently settle in.

🌒 Energy of the Week

This week begins with tension still in the air—but that’s not the whole story anymore. Something is shifting. The energy is softening, rounding its edges.

This is a week of adjustment. Not because anything more dramatic is happening necessarily—but because everything has just happened. We’re absorbing. Processing. Integrating.

Let Mars in Virgo give your energy a container. Let Jupiter in Cancer remind you that your growth doesn’t have to be loud to be real. Let the Last Quarter Moon show you what can be released so something deeper can take root.

🌕 Journal Prompt

What am I still striving for that could now be surrendered? Where am I trying to force clarity, when feeling it might be enough?

🕯️ Self-Reflection Ritual

The Softening

  • Run a warm bath or simply sit quietly with a cup of tea.

  • Close your eyes and breathe into your belly.

  • With each breath, say inwardly: I soften. I am safe. I let go.

  • Let tears come if they want to. Let stillness rise if it can. Let yourself feel how far you’ve already come.

This isn’t a week to chase the next thing. It’s a week to let your system catch up. To let the deeper truths of the journey settle in.

Rising Sign Forecasts

Here are your rising sign forecasts for the Jupiter–Neptune square on 18 June 2025, focused on how this tension may show up personally, depending on where it's landing in your chart. Each one highlights the house Jupiter is transiting (Cancer) and the house where Saturn and Neptune are transiting together (Aries) so you can recognise the two areas of life being activated.

♈️ Aries Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 4th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 1st House

This square hits close to home. Quite literally. Jupiter is trying to grow your emotional security—roots, family, home. But Saturn and Neptune in your 1st are reshaping your identity. You may feel caught between who you used to be and who you’re becoming. Old versions of you may no longer fit the home you’ve built—or vice versa.

Are you still trying to live inside a story that no longer matches who you are?

♉️ Taurus Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 3rd House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 12th House

Your mind is expanding fast—ideas, conversations, plans. But there’s a subtle undoing happening beneath it all. Saturn and Neptune are stirring your unconscious, dissolving certainty. You may feel confused about what’s “real” vs what’s imagined. You might be questioning the meaning behind what you’re learning or saying.

What if the deeper answers aren’t logical—but intuitive?

♊️ Gemini Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 2nd House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 11th House

You're trying to build security, financially and emotionally. But there’s a tension between your values and the people you surround yourself with. Maybe a dream you held for your future, or a cause you believed in, no longer resonates. Saturn and Neptune in your 11th ask: whose vision are you investing in?

Is the community you're in aligned with what you truly value?

♋️ Cancer Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 1st House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 10th House

This is a crisis of visibility. Jupiter is asking you to grow into your full self—confidence, self-trust, presence. But Saturn and Neptune are breaking down illusions about your career, reputation, or what success really means. The image you’ve projected may not reflect the truth anymore.

Who are you becoming—and can your outer life reflect your inner knowing?

♌️ Leo Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 12th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 9th House

Your spiritual world is expanding—but so are your questions. There’s a tension between your private beliefs and the larger systems or teachings you’ve subscribed to. Saturn and Neptune in the 9th may test your trust in gurus, institutions, or philosophies. Confusion can lead to deeper clarity—if you allow it.

What teachings are ready to dissolve so a deeper truth can emerge?

♍️ Virgo Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 11th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 8th House

This square activates your friendships, your dreams for the future, and your deep emotional entanglements. You may be expanding socially or envisioning new hopes—but Saturn and Neptune are challenging your boundaries in intimate or financial partnerships. Not all shared visions are sustainable.

Who are you merging with—and at what cost?

♎️ Libra Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 10th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 7th House

You may be stepping up in your public life—career, leadership, visibility. But your partnerships are in flux. Neptune may be blurring boundaries in love or business, while Saturn brings pressure to commit or redefine terms. The clash here is between personal ambition and relational reality.

Are you trying to succeed while dragging a relationship that no longer supports you?

♏️ Scorpio Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 9th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 6th House

Big questions about life’s meaning are opening for you. Jupiter wants you to learn, expand, travel. But your daily life may be dissolving. Saturn and Neptune in the 6th can bring health challenges, burnout, or a sense that your current routines no longer align with your vision. This is the soul’s invitation to redesign the structure.

What needs to shift in your everyday life to make space for the truth you’re discovering?

♐️ Sagittarius Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 8th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 5th House

You’re being invited to go deeper—into intimacy, vulnerability, shared resources, personal transformation. But the tension lies in your creative or romantic life. Saturn and Neptune are blurring the lines in love, children, or how you express yourself. What feels good may not feel stable.

Are you holding onto a fantasy that’s blocking deeper trust?

♑️ Capricorn Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 7th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 4th House

Relationships are a growth edge right now. Jupiter is expanding connection, but Saturn and Neptune are melting down your inner foundations. Your sense of home, safety, or family may feel uncertain—and that can show up in who you’re drawn to or repelled by. Be mindful of projecting unmet needs onto others.

Are you expecting someone else to create the safety you haven’t yet found inside?

♒️ Aquarius Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 6th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 3rd House

Your body, work, and wellbeing are front and centre. Jupiter is expanding your desire to care for yourself—but your thinking may be foggy. Saturn and Neptune in the 3rd house are restructuring your mindset. You might not trust your own thoughts right now—and that’s okay. It’s a season of mental reorientation.

What if the mind needs space to dissolve before it can rebuild?

♓️ Pisces Rising

  • Jupiter in Cancer | 5th House

  • Saturn–Neptune in Aries | 2nd House

You’re being asked to open your heart—to play, create, express, even fall in love. But Saturn and Neptune in your 2nd house bring questions around worth, money, and value. Are you afraid to express yourself fully because you doubt what you’re offering has value? It’s time to examine the root.

Where are you outsourcing your sense of worth—and can you bring it home?

And finally,

🐍 Keeping the Snake Alive — Week Three

Letting Go of What’s Already Gone

We’re still in the early stretch of this long path toward the Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0° Aries in February 2026. But the Snake is already shedding Her skin.

This week, you might feel something leaving. Not in a loud or dramatic way. More like a slow unravelling. A soft disinterest in what once mattered. A quiet knowing that something’s over, even if no one said it out loud.

Neptune dissolves. Saturn structures. And between them, a new world is being shaped by absence.

🌀 Can you stay present with what’s leaving—even if you don’t know what’s coming next?

It takes courage to remain open in the void. To not fill the silence with noise. To let the old version of you slip away without trying to call it back.

This week’s invitation:

Notice what’s fading. Not to fix it. Not to stop it. But to honour it. To make space.

Something beautiful is being made in the clearing. But first: we let go of what’s already gone.

For those new to astrology:

This forecast assumes a bit of an understanding of astrology and some practice at feeling into the energy of the moment to see how it's manifesting for you in your experience. If you are a beginner then it may not be easy to discern or feel, especially when the astrology is loud.

So, a recommendation: If you are learning, then pick one of the transits - whatever feels most interesting to you - and take note of when it is happening. Then just pay attention to what themes arise - I'll make some suggestions of what you might notice in the outer world and how you might tap into it in your inner world. Notice what’s showing up in your mood, your body, your conversations, or even in the stories you’re drawn to on telly or in the news. It’s not about getting it “right”, it’s about getting curious. That’s where the magic starts.

As you get more practiced with noticing you can expand your awareness to more than one transit in the week and before long you'll be immersed in the astrology and your way of being in, and experiencing the world, will have shifted into something altogether more magical!
