Week Ahead Forecast: October 20th to the 26th 2025

'These weekly posts aren’t predictions. They’re invitations. I’m not trying to tell you exactly what’s going to happen, because I can’t. No astrologer can. What I can do is show you the terrain. The weather. The conversations The Gods are having up there, and in here.

My intention with the weekly forecast is to help you feel that. To give you a way in. To open a window of possibility. What might this transit feel like? Where might it show up? What kind of emotional tone, friction, insight, or shift might be available if you’re paying attention?

Read it like a weather report. Let the words stir something. Then go live your week. Notice what plays out. Return and reread if you need to.'

💫 Weekly Astrology 20th to the 26th of October

🌑 Libra New Moon | A Pause Between Chapters

We begin this week beneath the dark of a New Moon in Libra. A quiet reset after the intensity of eclipse season. Libra speaks of balance and relationship; the delicate dance between self and other, giving and receiving, doing and being. Under this lunation, we’re reminded that harmony isn’t found by keeping everything still; it’s a living rhythm, shifting and reshaping as life moves through us.

As the week unfolds, the Sun slips into Scorpio, drawing us into the deep waters of truth and transformation. His first act is a square to Pluto - a heavy start to the so-called season of the witch - asking us what needs to be released so something more authentic can be reborn.

Neptune also drifts back into Pisces this week, bringing a dreamy undertow to everything; intuition is heightened, boundaries blur, and the unseen feels close.

Meanwhile, Mars and Mercury travel together in Scorpio, sharpening our instincts and words alike. What is spoken, thought, or discovered now will echo through the months ahead because the two will meet again in Sagittarius during Mercury’s retrograde on 10 November, and finally once more in Capricorn on 18 January 2026. Whatever conversation begins now has a long arc; pay attention. By the end of the week, Mercury forms a trine to Saturn, grounding all this intensity with a sense of realism and structure.

And in the midst of all that, this Libra New Moon lands in my first house - the house of self - and I can feel it calling for a personal reset. After months of holding everything together through eclipse season, work, family, and change, I’ve realised I need to pause.

Both of my children are now away at university, and for the first time in decades, my home is quiet. I’m also in the early days of a new relationship after eight years of being single; it’s beautiful, but it’s also a big shift. Life is asking different things of me now.

I still work full time in finance; it’s not the work that lights me up, but it’s the work that pays the bills. With the loss of child support and the rising cost of simply living, I’ve had to face the truth that my energy isn’t limitless. Something has to give.

Lately, sharing regular forecasts has started to feel more like an obligation than an offering, and that’s not how I want to show up here. Astrology, for me, has always been sacred. It's a living conversation with The Gods, not a content schedule to keep.

So, I’m taking a step back. I’m giving myself permission to rest, to let life breathe a little, and to see what wants to emerge next. I’m not disappearing; just recalibrating. I’ll still be doing readings and I’ll still share when inspiration moves, but I need space to feel into where this next chapter wants to take me.

Maybe you feel that too; the pull to pause, to come back to yourself, to remember what’s real and what matters. The Libra New Moon invites us all to start again - gently, honestly, and in right relationship with our own energy.

🌿For now, I’m trusting that the quiet will reveal what’s next.

If you’d like to explore your own new beginning under this New Moon, I’m still offering one-to-one readings - online or in person - to help you reconnect with your chart, your rhythm, and the story The Gods are telling through you. You can find all the details on my website.

Practice of Noticing

When you catch yourself reaching for your phone, planning the next thing, or filling a quiet moment stop.

Take one slow breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Ask yourself:

  • What am I truly craving right now - action, or rest?

  • Is this movement born of inspiration, or of pressure?

  • What would balance look like, in this moment?

Notice what arises without judgement. This is how Libra teaches us; through awareness of the middle point, where we begin again.

A note on AI & my writing:

I use ChatGPT as a writing assistant—not as a writer. These are my thoughts, ideas, and words, shaped by my lived experience and deep love for self-work, self-awareness, the spiritual journey, and astrology. AI helps me refine, structure, and nudge me toward better phrasing, but the voice you’re reading is mine. I use it as a tool to help me put into words everything I believe is valuable in sharing my insights. Honesty matters to me, and this is simply one way I bring my thoughts to life.
